I thought you already had a broken one that you were talking about turning into a passive extension cab?

Yes, exactly. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear before. None of the electronics seem to work in the broken amp I bought, so my next plan is to open it up and see if it's obvious how I would use the speakers and cabinet, ripping out the electronics.

Should be pretty easy if you're a bit handy. Even if you can't utilize the tweeter, the 15 will be a great addition to your combo.
