I have a student with an adjustable bridge. I can't seem to tell if it's beyond saving or if we need to take it into someone to adjust the feet properly for it. It keeps leaning towards the fingerboard instead if being parallel where the screws are.

Adjustable Bridge Leaning

I assume this thread should probably be moved to 'set up and repair'… I'm certainly not a luthier but it looks to me like either the holes drilled for the adjuster legs are too large, or they were not drilled parallel to the bottom face of the bridge. Probably the later because it looks like the threads are on the top side of the adjusters. Either way, a trip to a luthier is probably in order…
Proper setup is always a "first" when it comes to learning and playing. The bridge should be perpendicular to the top on the tail-piece side of the bridge. There should be a slight arc carved on the bridge, away from the fingerboard.So, straight on the bottom, arc on the top. The adjusters SHOULD be exactly 90 degrees from the axis of the bridge leg. If not, the holes for the screw were drilled incorrectly. A new bridge is in order.
