Conceptually, I have no problem at all with this.
I like seeing people innovate and explore limits.
Ergonomically, I would have trouble with it.
Mostly because I have recently started developing
a lot of left hand pain issues. I would love to
try the thing out, though.
I hope no one would be offended if tried it
another way, on my lap with a grooved steel
guitar slide in my left hand and a few picking
tools in the right. Palm muting. Maybe work on

It would seem to me such an instrument would lend
itself well to exploring a world of tonal
harmonies heretofore unavailable to the serious
musician inclined to explore the unconventional.
