Ads blocked only intermittently

I'm a longtime non-supporting member who runs FF, with AB+ and ghostery both disabled here. Most of the time I get the ads, but maybe one time out of every six I get a notice that I have adblocking software when I enter the forum page, and of course no ads anywhere in the subforums. Since I get the ads most of the time I don't feel bad about it, but consider it strange that it does this, and has for some time.

That is strange. My first impression is that this is an issue with AB+ or Ghostery... Because if your ads ARE blocked, then something (not TalkBass) is blocking them, and TalkBass is responding (correctly) to the fact that your ads are blocked with the "please disable your AB+ notice...

I do appreciate you disabling AB+ for TalkBass :) If your ads do get blocked now and then, and you get that notice, just click the "X" to get rid of it for a while.

I whitelisted TB on Ghostery, so it's not that, either. Could be something I forgot I had used.
