I get a hell of a lot of adds when on this forum. Right now I am looking at a Lincoln 2007 line up at the top. A Paris Hilton Exposed to the left and a Wet and wild below that.

I have run Adware, Spyware and a virus scan. are these legit things for supporting members or did I pick up a bug somewhere?

We run a 728x90 leaderboard at the top, a 125x600 ad in the left column, and a 728x90 at the bottom. These are standard for all users. I may start an 'ad free' subscription level, but it'd be more than $20/year...

Other users will be quick to point out that there is a Firefox extension that will block most ads. If you can accept these 3 ads on the periphery of the site though, they do really help financially.

I'm sorry - is it a specific ad you want to address? What does the ad display that is offensive? We run Google Adsense ads on the site - anything not bass related is likely through Google. I can block certain Google ads if they are deemed offensive.
