My daughter rescently got interested in playing bass. (she used to play piano, so she already knows music). So I began to teach her from an old book that I have.
I remember when I learnt by myself, what helped me most was a video method, that I don't have anymore.

Does anybody have a suggestion for such a method, on DVD or that I could run on PC? This needs to have practice exercises, and 'how to'. Finger picking and slapping have to be covered.

    Any comment and suggestion appreciated.

I use 'Bass fitness' exercise book, and I think it's terrific to keep my fingers in good shape.
