Advice on a new amp?

So a local guitar store offered me a berhinger 45 watt amp for $180. Its a huuuge step-up from my fender rumbler 15, but is it really worth it or should i pass and wait for a better offer on somthing else?

Spend a bit more and move up to a proper amp that will hang with a drummer.

I'd hold off upgrading until you can swing a little bigger amp. The Behringer's a wattage upgrade, but it isn't a huge upgrade in the grand scheme of things and would likely struggle in a band situation. If you can do a decent 100w combo, that's one you could do small-medium gigs with if you wanted. They're a bit more expensive new but you can often find them used for good deals, too.

If you can find one near you, the Hartke Kickback 12 (1x12", 120 watts) can often be found for under $200 used, and is a really nice small combo that can keep up with a drummer if he isn't ridiculously loud.

Or try Ampeg BA115 ..100w into single 15'' speaker and Ampeg quality. Save a bit more money, you can get it for around 250$
It's a great amp, I played many gigs with one

BA115 is absolutely a great choice. Since they run about $350 new, you really ought to be able to get one in your price range used.
