What other shops are in Denver besides Bob Ross?

I know Bob is for sure the leading bass specific luthier, but there are plenty of "smaller-town" music shops in Arvada, Denver, Thornton, and other areas around. Usually more expensive, but just for playing basses they are helpful.

I've never touched one, but I've worked with Mark a bit and can highly recommend him for his honesty and service ethic... If you're seriously considering an online or phone purchase, it's probably worth a call to Mark to find out how this bass compares.

And, the big note, shipping is free for CONUS for this item through June 30 if purchased with one of Mark's bass bags. (I got an e-mailer from Mark which is why I am aware of this. NFI.)

Im up in Gypsum, 35 miles west of Vail if you want to drive 2.5 hours to try out the Thompson Hybrid.
