advice on Manrings "I left America" Soliloquy

Hi,
I have been playing bass for about six years and have a great ear when it comes to music. I cant seem to figure out "I Left America" on Manring's album Soliloquy. I am wondering what the tuning is, and pretty much any other advice anyone could give me haha. I am also learning excuse me mr manring by ear and it has been a blast. thanks for any replys.

Isn't the CD 'enhanced' ?

Mine is and I'm sure that it has all the details of the recording including the tunings.

i bought it off itunes, and it is from the "Soliloquy" album. so i dont have the actual cd so i dont have any tunings. do you have any ideas? its really frustrating. its a beautiful song and i just want to play it!!

I think the tuning is F# C# G# A C#.
