Double Bass ADX20i HELP!!

SO i just got my ADX in the mail, opened it and started reading the papers inside. Apparently the one i got is designed for use with the Audix RAD360 wireless system....that thing is $250.! What do i do?? i thought i just needed to plug in with phantom power and go. I guess the one i need is the ADX20i-P for that(which i never read about on here.) Is there any way to make this microphone work??? Please help me out. I know nothing about microphones.

I suspect that all you need is an Audix APS910 barrel preamp, which should be well below $100. Contact Audix to find out for sure.
