Good Christmas eve morning,
I'm seeking some guidance. Can some body tell the best way to get through soloing on this tune? I've worked on Carol Kaye soloing ideas for years, still not a great soloist in jazz, and tend to get lost at times. Aebersold says there are really just three chords. I See D-, G- and a number of others. Is there a particular framework where I'm apt to pick the right notes even if I get lost briefly?
Thanks and peace and love as you close out and bring in the new year. Bob
