Aguilar DB751 owners what cabs?

Still waiting on the gs410, but in the meantime have become VERY fond of the db212 in the mix. Killer round textured punch with just the right edge when you get percussive. Adds vintage grunt while still letting my basses vibe shine through. Loving it.

I have really settled in on the db212 751 combo. With the tweeter and eq you can seriously get any tone you need, and its always so coherent.

The cab is mid and high mid rich.

The head is naturally lowmid rich.

If you boost highs and lows the low mids drop out.

If you cut the mids it creates a nice tasty scoop but keeps the dense low mids.

If you boost the mids it gets a crazy burp thats still musical.

Bright switch and a bass boost gets a pretty convincing SVT tone (i have a heritage SVT sitting next to it)

And its always just musical and coherent and right.

I can't figure out what the deep switch is good for so I just don't touch it.

I sold the GS410. I think it goes well with the 750 and 359, but the 751 is voiced to pair with the DBs.

I have been using my 2x db210 more often than the db212 but I still have and love that cab. Also did a gig with a 751/db810 backline. Unsurprisingly, sounded really good. Also go back and forth between the 751 and 359 depending on bass, band, and mood.
