Get into the Soup Plus (corner of Clarence St. and Margaret, right behind the Wynyard Bus stop on Clarence St) on August 30. The band playing from about 7:30 is one of the best jazz groups I've seen, and I advise you to come along! Their shows are great, and the Bass Player (Ashley Turner) is brilliant.
