Traditional design - a 1958 Fender P Bass would be my favorite (sunburst or white). The anodized aluminum pickguard and maple fretboard just di it for me:

how do u get a tuner that can tune to F#?

This one catches my eye. Dingwall Rastaburst Z-1 with Voodoo body.

that bass is AMAZING. love the mix of red, green and natural
there was this one ritter that was fretless, fretboard/neck went all the way to the bridge, one of 3 but his was the only one in platinum finish. that thing was a beast

My fave is a Tobias, with a Spector coming in second. From there i like the traditional P or J/style basses.
