Allen Eden strings... Have you heard about them?

I've been taking a look at strings offerings around some sites and found them. Never heard a thing about their strings, OTOH I seen some people saying good things about their cheap basses.

Any insights?

They're on the cheap side for sure, but not sure if they're worthy. I've been thru cheap gear before, but that was when I gathered feedback from others, I.E. I tried the Ziko Bass Strings ( chinese stuff ) and I'm glad I did it! Great strings for a killing price tag, paid around $9 for each 5-string set.

But since I never heard anyone talking about the Allen Eden strings, now it's a different thing...

Not yet, but still curious about them. I still have some sets of ProSteels.

Ah ok. I came across them today on eBay and was wondering if they're worth trying out. So far the best 'value for money' strings I've used are Ziko.

I tried them too, and I like them.

But suddenly it started to be hard to find in sets, like I was used to buy 3 years ago.

Like 5 sets of 5-string for something around 70 bucks
