NBD! F-word Custom Shop

You know, I’ve been looking at 68-71 Tele basses and then used CS 51s. But then…I started seeing red! It’s a tad shinier than I’d prefer but still pretty cool. Up side to this is the neck isn’t as deep as the real 51s. Got it from Round Hill Music Co.

I like that red, it makes it stand out too from being just another one of the many blondes out there. Congrats!
 
Ooo, I like it! The red looks great!

My first good bass was a '68 Telecaster bass, bought used in' 69. It was a beast. Weighed around 12 pounds (wasn't a problem when I was young and (sort of) stronger) and I swear the neck was a slightly reshaped telephone pole, but I loved it and it was extra cool to me cuz Ron Wood played one on the the first Jeff Beck Group tour.
