I have nothing against Macs. I simply made a personal statement that I simply find them completely unintuitive, and the times I've tried to use one I've been unable to open anything or do anything. I also stated that when you've learned one system, you much to unlearn before you can use the other.
People who have never, or almost never used a computer before find macs more intuitive. Those who got familiar with the Windows platform can have a lot of trouble losing reflexes they developed to accommodate Win's unintuitive functionality. Not that it is a bad thing, but as you say, once you learned it, you have to go from an overcomplicated method of operation to a simpler one.
This is very irritating because all those complex functions and gestures you got used to become useless or wrong all of a sudden.
