I use the DaTuner app on my android phone. It has many bells and whistles I don't use, but a few that I do (such as making it pay less attention to high notes so it's less distracted by other instruments.) Appears to be accurate. But it's not a clip on, unless you have a big clip on your phone case. Does sit on the bridge of the upright just fine, though. And it's enough of an alternative that I have yet to invest in a clip-on, though I've looked a few times.
