Thanks, I have the chord progression. Im trying to figure out how he gets from one to the other. What are the notes that link them together?

Phil always plays it differently. I am sure almost anything will work as long as you keep it fluid and melodic as is his playing style. If I have time later tonight, I will take a look at it.

As stated...the Dead and similar bands were about the improv...add your touch and flavor..

Here are the common chords:

Its been years since Ive played that tune but remember it being really easy...Ill touch base in a few with what I played.
