Am I doing this right?

Here's what I've decided to do (click the image for a larger version). It will be Volume Blend Tone with a mini toggle for series/parallel. I will use a 3PDT on-on switch for this. Please let me know if you see any problems. Yes, I know the grounding is more complicated than usual, but I'm doing star grounding. Thanks.

FWIW:

since noboby's jumped in I'll toss out a piece that may or may not be useful. It's a nice diagram with short leads like a pro would wire but it's on the hard to read side for me. I'm not into switches and have never had a TP to know what the throws would generate. I can tell you're not going to hurt anything by trying what you've drawn up even if it's wrong as long as you keep the amp down. And at this point, it looks like it may result in a trial and error process.
