i know i would be if i was in your curent situation!
just Take a break! put your Bass away for wile 2/3 weeks or if you realy want to get that GAS bug back sell or donate your current bass then check TB classifieds For that dream Bass that started all in the first place ! & If that don't work maybe it's just time to retire!

Thank you all for your sympathy and heartwarming suggestions! It's just that I own all the best possible tools and enjoy them so much. I feel that I don't need any other gear for now. Well, perhaps some studio gear. But that's a topic for GEARSLUTZ.COM.
