I'm pretty sure that this is actually Mt Hua in China and it is known as one of the top 10 most dangerous tourist attractions in the world. I was there in 2014 and unfortunately I didn't get to do the four peaks walk as I was struck down by China's lack of food hygiene and spent the day in a hotel room staying close to the bathrooms. My wife and daughters did the climb but as it was raining off and on they opted to not do the "plank walk" as it is known.
