A drive people rarely see.
Every evening, at airports across the world, the light, and signage, inspection takes place, between takeoff's, and landings. There is a lot to take in, and later write an official report on, the runway lights, taxiway lights, lighted directional signage, painted stripes, all while being on the lookout for Foreign Object Debris (FOD), at speeds from 40-100 MPH, depending on how much time the Air Traffic Control Tower, gives you.
I love my job.
