The root cause of the beetle infestations in ash.

My wife and I were on March Break on the south coast of Spain (Costa del Sole) and decided to take a day trip to Tangiers, Morocco. That entailed a bus ride to the rock and a walk across the airstrip to the ferry across the strait. I have to admit that I was a little uneasy walking across an active and open landing strip.
The Tangiers trip was an eye opener! I had multiple opportunities to "sell" my wife! I also felt while touring the old section of the city that I was in a James Bond movie and that at any time, good ole James would come roaring by on a motorcycle tearing up the cobblestone streets!

PS... I you ever end up on Gibraltar, stay clear of the monkey's!!!!! They are a nasty lot!

Magnet Hill
is a gravity hill located near Leh in Ladakh, India.[1] The layout of the area and surrounding slopes create the optical illusion of a hill. The hill road is actually a downhill road. Objects and cars on the hill road may appear to roll uphill in defiance of gravity when they are, in fact, rolling downhill.

The world's longest cable car system over La Paz, Bolivia. At an elevation of roughly 3,650 m (11,975 ft) above sea level, La Paz is the highest capital city in the world. La Paz has ten cable car lines in the colors red, yellow, green, blue, white, orange, light blue, purple, brown, and silver. It’s like a metro system and connects the different parts of the city.

If this were a thing in a big American city, there are certain mass transit riders you would not want to be stuck with in one of these cable cars! I hope it's better in Bolivia.:)
