This pic came up on the Windows 11 signon screen. Dubai.
The largest canyon in the Solar System cuts a wide swath across the face of Mars. Named Valles Marineris, the grand valley extends over 3,000 kilometers long, spans as much as 600 kilometers across, and delves as much as 8 kilometers deep. By comparison, the Earth's Grand Canyon in Arizona, USA is 800 kilometers long, 30 kilometers across, and 1.8 kilometers deep.
Pretty amazing considering the relative size of Earth and Jupiter:
So each little storm swirl in those 2 photos could easily swallow Earth whole. Hmmmm.....
I'm going to have to check out my front door, but it looks like they moved California street to the bay and put the Hyatt/Embarcadero in the middle of the city. Must of happened last night when the power went out.

It looks like that person is standing much higher than the buildings.
Earthquake proof architecture is one thing, but generative A.I. is clearly some way off getting to grips with gravity.
