American Sound - Last in chain?

I just received an American Sound (it is the Ammoon but is identical to the Joyo).

Lately I am working more on looping, but also playing with a couple of other people and am leaving my combo (Rumble 500) at one of the practice spaces. The idea is to be able to run ampless the rest of the time and decided to give the AS a try.

My question is, should I place this last in the chain, just before the DI, ir should I think about somewhere else in the chain?

I know I should give it a try and see what I like best, but I would rather not start moving all my pedals around of I can avoid it.

I use my pedalboard(s) for mainly bass, but also Piccolo bass and electric Uke when looping.

My current chain is:

A/B switch with preamp (simple clean pre for balancing instruments)
