amp for thrash metal, need help!

Gallien-Krueger and Ampeg are classics for thrash. The original Dave Ellefson/Megadeth sound of the early 1980s was defined by a GK 800RB, and the Ampeg SVT-CL is a general classic for rock and metal.

I currently run a 2001RB, and it works beautifully with my GK Neo 212 for progressive metal and thrash (a few of the styles we've integrated into my current band). Don't use my band's demos as tone references though... my recorded basslines aren't up yet. :hmm:
