Double Bass amp for zeta crossover bass

i usea zeta crossover bass with a gallien krueger microbass (gk mbe 150?). It sound really good and has a double bassy sound to it compared to a usual fretless bass. I play it mainly in bass guitar mode, although i have experimented with the stand in upright mode. My teacher who is a double bassist, had a whirl on it with a bow an it sounded amazing. It gets lots of attention at gigs. I do reckon it is overpriced as i imagine its midi technology puts the price up a bit, but you have to spend way more for a box to make the midi function (i didn't buy this so i can't comment about it. but i would reccommend it as a bass guitarist looking for a double bass sound.
