Amp not working

well, I bought my amp today, Marshall MB rig (head+410 cab)
As soon as I got home I pluged in and played away on both channels (SS and Tube), about an hour later I went back to play it again and the Tube channel was really quiet I have to crank the master volume to get any sound, but the solid state channel is fine.

Any Explanation?

Could be a bad tube - take the thing back to the store and get another.

its brand new. I rang the store and they said to bring it in and they will have a look. So I'll go in on saturday, and hopfully come back with a fully working amp!

It sounds stupid but check every cable connection including the one going from you bass to the input.

i dont see how it can be leads, beacuse the solid state channel works fine

So I took it in and They said they will have to send it down to the state capital to get it fiixed, so ill be without an amp AGAIN for 2 weeks while its getting fixed
