Having purchased a mesa400+ has made my rackmounted biamp gear obsolete...all items in excellent used shape.

    Amp: Carver pt1250.....$350
These typically go for $550-600 here:
    http://www.hticsproaudio.com/used pro audio - amplifiers for sale_1.html
    Some specs:
    8 ohms stereo 465 watts
    4 oms stereo 625 watts
4 ohms parallel mono 1000 watts
    weight only 10 lbs!
Switching power supply is small, cool, efficient. Has two speed fan anyway. This is a tough, clean, high power magnetic field unit. Two rack spaces. Note that mono mode requires internal jumpers to be moved and resoldered:$50 at the factory, $30 at your local competent bench tech, free if you're handy with a soldering iron. I have the original owners manual, 1990 model I believe.

    Preamp: Peavey ProBass 1000.....$125
    Nice flexable preamp with
EQ 9-Band Graphic, 2 EQ boost buttons (Hi, Low)
    Effects Rear Panel effects loop
Controls Pre & Post Gain Knobs, x-over frequency, Hi/Low Balance Control,
    Auxilary Input Control, Headphone Control
    Other Built In XLR & 1/4" DI's, Bi-amp (Lo & Hi) Outs,
Full Range out, Auxillary In, Headphone out, Rear
Panel adjustment for overload LED, input pad
    Dimensions 1 Rack space (1 3/4" h x 19" w x 10" d)

    Digitech 3.6...$50
delay, flange, chorus, echo, 1 rack space.

Avenger, I can post pix Sunday? Pretty busy the next two days...
Jorg, it's 2 rack spaces, and measures 3.5x19x10.75 from the owner's manual.
Also Jorg; tracking shows my 410 just arrived at work:
