The Ampwedge would work great with a micro head. Get a tilted stand for the cab and put an Ampwedge on top reversed to make the head level. You could always add some velcro to it as well if it made you nervous. Being level, or close to it, vibration should not be an issue I would think.

I've been wondering the same thing. Currently I've got a small black block of wood that I can slightly tilt the cab back with. Like the wedge only $39 cheaper.

I'm thinking this from On Stage will work for me. The back leg has 5 adjustable positions giving different degrees of tilt.

I think I prefer it a little higher but those tend to have more tilt and I don't want my Ampeg 3PRO on the floor. THe one below looks like you can raise the back pole high enough to allow the amp to rest against it if need be.

See also the youtube demo. (I have no connection with that seller whatsoever.)

Three solutions here:

1. Use the feet of your amp in combination with velcro on top of the cab and bottom of the amp.
2. Use two of these, made from wood or metal, whatever you're more familiar with.
3. A simple strap to keep amp and cab tight together.

Cheers!

My dad has an amp stand he uses with his Berg HT112 and SVT3 Pro. He uses a variation on #3 above. Only difference, he uses a motorcycle tiedown strap. hasn't had a problem yet. Keeps everything snug and in place.

* One difference, his strap fits just behind the rack ears on the SVT near the front of the head. Very secure setup.
