Looking to make contact with any surviving AUB-1 players West Coast USA 1966-1970. Did anyone here play any gigs or do any backing recordings in SF or up Mendocino way in that era ... or know of anyone who did.

If you’re referring to the Fretless Ampeg Scroll bass the only two people I’ve seen actually play one were in no particular.
Rick Danko, George Duvivier (famous jazz bassist. The bassist for the Four Seasons had a fretted one.
