Ampeg B-15

I've only heard the HB15's on youtube, but they give you two classic flavors of B15: the 1964 & the 1966. The 64' is a little looser and more R&B, where the '66 is a little tighter sound. I have a '63, and from what I can tell - it sounds like they nailed it.

If you are talking about a B15R, you are looking at a 100 watt amp(similar to the V4BH). Its not going to sound like a vintage B15N, but will have a bit more modern of a sound. The cabinet has a tweeter in it as well I believe. The Heritage B15 is going to get you a LOT closer to an original early 60's B15. Its also about 3 grand more than an original....
