I went to check out a vintage drum kit and also found this old amp sitting in the corner of the old man's workshop.
He claim to be the original owner and also has everything, guitars, old PA gear, 350 Mustang, etc.
Anyway, I'm not a bass player but my jam buddy could definitely enjoy it.
The amp is in really good condition, some wear on the top of the head and a crack on the corner of the head. I check the amp for an obvious DROP sign but can't find any. Looks like the wood split naturally?? Or he must have set something really heavy on top of it. The head is still very sound, structurally. The cab has some stain on the grille cloth but no tear on the tolex at all. It also came with the original casters that screws on the bottom of the cab.
Bottomline, the amp works well and sounds really good, nice tone even with my crappy bass. Huge difference compared to my VT-22 Ampeg cab - that might need to find a new home.
I guess I'm limited to two attachments.
Thanks in advance for any input.
