Would you pay $200 for a one year old Ampeg B2RE head? I currently have a Hartke RM5210 combo but I'm looking at the possibility of a head/cab set up as well.

That is a good price. I ran one I had with an Ampeg 410HE cab and it worked well. The B2re are good for starter rigs. 
I guess maybe a two part question was in order. One for the price and one wondering if it's even an upgrade from the Hartke LH500 in my combo.
I paid $50 for one from MF last week and someone thought it was worth more than $200 since I sold it for $280 on Ebay.... just sayin'
