Ampeg BA-110v2

Hi Everyone, as the title states I'm looking into this amp. I love the kickback/silent features and would love to hear your opinions.

The situation - I have a little 1x6.5 Peavey Max 126 and an SWR Workingmans 15 - however the plan is to sell both of these and get something in the middle of these two that I can practice with at home and use for little gigs. Really want to simplify.

Are there other amps I should look into? The Acoustic B30 comes to mind, used is always an option, but I'd love to hear what you guys think.

Definitely need a headphone and aux jack for silent practice and the 179 for the ampeg would be my absolute max shell out for a new amp.

Thanks!

I've tried a few smaller Ampeg combo's at local music shops. Very nice and great sounding amps. The problem is anything at 30 to 40 watts will never be sufficient in a band setting unless maybe it's an acoustic situation. You price point puts a damper on things too.

Yeah, I don't think a 110 with 40 Watts would cut it in a gig with a drummer without pa support, does the ba110 have a DI out? That might change things a bit.
