Ampeg ba115 vs Fender Rumble 100

The Link Removed doesn't look much different
than the Eminence KAPPA LITE-3015 15" speaker response curve.

Even the very best speakers drop off below 100 Hz.

Yeah, but the 3015 was measured by itself, in an infinite baffle probably. A ported cabinet would extend the response lower.

Incidentally, speaking of neos, at Musicians Friend the page for the Basslite says this:
Emminence recommends the Basslite C2515 as a replacement speaker for the Kustom Groove 215H speaker cabinet and the Behringer Ultrabass BXL3000, Fender Rumble 100, Ampeg BA115T, and the Ampeg B200R combo amps.
Hopefully that means that it would be properly tuned (more or less) if you put it into one of those combos.
