Ampeg customer support

It's unbelivable, but I'm here to tell an incredible positive story:

Some months ago I bought an used B2 115 combo, but it had not the wheels in his bottom so I wrote to American Ampeg Customer Care:

"Hi, I'm a proud owner of a b2115 combo (the old one with 9 band eq 200Watt....). A question: where I can find the wheels to plug under this combo? Now I live in Itlay."

After 4 days replied the Italian customer care: "give us your address" I had thought for giving it to the judges.

This morning arrived at home a pack with the 4 wheels, FOR FREE! It's incredible only the shipment is 9 Euro and I have bought the combo used and old (no garantee off course)

I have always tought that Ampeg has a superior tone, but now It's for shure :D :D :D

....in the future I'll remember this, even if at the call center will reply vietcongs!! :smug:

I have had great experiences in the past with Ampeg (SLM)customer service. Dino is a pleasure to work with, and a monster player too. He helped me out many times on things from just basic questions, to replacement parts. But with all thats recently happened with the company, I have moved on and am now using Genz Benz gear (Fantastic Customer Service!!).

I hope Ampeg keeps it together...They were a great American company....
