I am new to bass and had a Peavey mega bass with 1516 cab. Well I blew all 3 speakers at once. Just had the head gone thru by Peavey but my dilemma is replace speakers in 1516 cab with aftermarkets, buy ampeg rb-210 or buy hartke HD508.
I play an Ibanez SR405EQM 5 string bass setup with flat wound nylon and like the jazz/light jazz sound with deep smooth bottom end and not harsh mids.... thanks in advance for feedback.
