The box will have some pretty good high bass/low mid punch and not be clouded up with much deep bass stuff, which can be a good thing.

I am anxious to hear it hooked up with my new PF-500!! Probably aught to wait till i replace the driver before I push it much tho..........

IMO- I don't think You'll go wrong. The CA154 is a pretty nice driver, and cant be beat for the price. I have one loaded in one of My first DIY cabs. It sounds good, and hasn't ever given Me any issue. I know that some dont care for it being a stamped frame and all, but it is a darned good speaker none the less.
