OK, I'm new to how finicky this amp can be. So I just sent it to the shop about 3 months ago. Somehow The power section fried. All fixed and got it back. No issues until this past weekend when I set it up for a show and noticed that the "decay" of the note would either result in a crackle OR it would sound like I was running a phaser. I have checked everything from the instrument, switching between 3 different basses. 2 of them active, 1 not. Switched instrument cables, and switched around the way I have it connected to the cab (Ampeg classic fridge). Just short of putting it in the shop, I've looked at the tubes and do not see any milkiness. Any advise would be helpful.
Side note, I am going to sell this as SOON as it is fixed. Moving to a direct pre and a stomp box.
