Opinions on both the cabinet and head would be appreciated.

That's the best price you will find for the head and cabinet which cost $899 and $699 separately. I've been using the SVT 3-PRO with two MESA cabinets (a 1x15 under a 2x10) and I can't get the bottom end that sounds as good as the 410HLF. I'm older and can't easily lift the Ampeg cabinet and am looking at the Genz Benz Neo 212 as an alternative. Short answer is yes, very good price.
