I have TONS of expeirience with 12's.You should really think of them as a cross of 10's and 15's.I like them 'cuz you can do just about anything with them.They are like the P pickups of the speaker/woofer catagory.They can be really warm and smooth but then really bright.Its fun to explore with the extra midrange punch they put out.I'd definetly consider that ampeg 4x12.
