Amps with Adjustable Crossovers/Bi-Ampable?

Okay got a plan to try:
I'm going to run my bass into a Trace AH250SMX head, and out the amp's Send, to a Rolls Tiny Crossover.
From there I'm sending the output from the high side back to the Trace head's Return, and out the power amp to my DIY 210 cab.
I'm sending the output from the low side of the Tiny Crossover to the Line Input of an Ashdown MiBass 2.0, and send the signal through its power amp to the BFM T-24 sub.
Bass > Trace head > Crossover:
Crossover > Highs > Trace Return > 210 cab.
Crossover > Lows > Ashdown MiBass 2.0 > BFM T-24.
Needs are straightforward here, I see no reason why, on paper, this shouldn't be able to work...

Just a note. If the two amps have different numbers of gain stages you could have polarity problems requiring reversal of one cabs polarity. You will know if you have a loss of low end and volume when the two cabs are used together.
Thanks for the note, B-string. After I posted this I also remembered I really don't need the Ashdown! I have an ok QSC power amp here. I may just need a crossover. I was going to do a trade for the Ashdown...
Don't know if I'm too late to the party here but, as mentioned earlier the Carvin BX1500 or BX1600 will crossover @ 100hz and provide a dedicated amp for frequencies at that range and below. I am currently using a BX1500 with an avatar 12 + Horn for frequencies 100 Hz and below, ( the horn really never comes into play) and an Ampeg 4x8+tweet for everything above 100hz, and its extremely efficient, punchy, and the best tone I've ever had in my life( and I've used dozens of different full range rigs over the last 35 years of gigging)( Oh man...35 years??!!) Plus you're eliminating all superfluous outboard gear. The heads got compression, tube drive, a parametric and graphic EQ, selectable crossover frequency and independent volumes for each side of the crossover, and your getting 300W a side @ 8 Ohms. Which has been plenty for any gig I've run into. You can put a 15 or an 18 on the low side and really blow the room away, all while controlling the high frequency side to your liking. You can bridge the head and run full range, but I've A/B'd it and bi-amp is simply much nicer. FWIW. Peace out.
