An audio interface for under $200 with 3 1/4" instrument inputs

Basically what the title says. I want to be able to record keyboard guitar and bass all at once and i haven't found a "cheap" interface that can fulfill that. I was looking at the M-audio Fast Track Pro and the PreSonus Firebox but they only have 2 instrument inputs. I would prefer that the interfaces be compatible with both Windows XP SP2 and Mac OS Leopard. But just Windows is fine. Also I've had issues with Lexicon gear so i'd rather stay away from them. Thanks.

If you got a few extra, you should look into the Alesis MultiMix
Firewire mixers, as some sites had them for quite cheap, and they're not noisy like some can be.

Oh right an i forgot to mention that I want to record on my laptop because it's definitely the most fit for the job, so I can't do sound cards. Thanks, again.

I've had good luck using an inexpensive small mixer to mix down to two line-level channels and then straight into the line-in on a laptop. This is fine for live recording or two-channel multi-track, but for more complex multi-track, you are limited to the two stereo input channels. The units below both have stereo RCA out, so you just use a twin-RCA to 1/8" stereo cable to go into the laptop.

The mixer I use ($45) is this :

but I would suggest something like the model below ($60) instead b/c it has two mic preamps (very decent I might add), and they also have phantom power for condenser mic's which the $45 unit lacks:
