Friends, I didn't know where to post this thread. An electrical and electronics engineering question: How can I prevent the components that draw instantaneous current and decoupling capacitors in systems that use digital microprocessors, which cause background noise, from using the grounding line brutally? Is there any software that can do this?




is it impossible?

Software? No.

Under those terms, yes, impossible.

Just reduce the frequency of running CPU and GPU, that makes them slower and reduces "background noise" because the changes in the capacitors will be slower, too. If you cut the power, all "background noise" is eliminated, but nothing works anymore.
==> best leave the problem of reducing your "background noise" to the engeneers designing the systems.
If a system is shielded correctly and the power supply well designed, there should not be too much effect to the outside of the system.
I think, your question is in totally the wrong forum....
