I'm happy with the way this song and my vocals are coming along and wanted to share it with you. I also think the tone of the bass and bass solo is pretty good too.

It's a funk rock song with a sense of humor in a Primus/Bungle/Ween/Zappa kind of way. I hope you all enjoy it.

Nice groove. Don't mean to be critical but IMHO, the intro was too long. Could not hear interplay between drums and bass. Maybe too busy. Solid groove.

Those are my exact thoughts too but maybe that's cause I don't like intros that are more than 4 seconds long

Keep being you man. The performance is tight. All the parts sound clean. Clearly 5 string bass frequencies. I'd be really proud of the vocals too. I think you hit the more experimental end of the music well at the beginning and the get into a groove.

Solo is killer.

What did you mix on? It's fine on headphones, but sounds thin on laptop speakers (couldn't even really hear the drums/bass).
