Is there anywhere I can get genuine, mint-condition analog tape
(2'' is preferable).

ATR Magnetics is the name of the company that manufactures different widths of professional recording tape, including 2". It is available at Full Compass. I think it's about $329 per reel.

Both have distributors around the world. NOS tape such as Ampex is available on ebay.

Both of the companies still making new tape make really good stuff. I have used both and particularly like the ATR. It's definitely expensive and I often use old stock tape from this company:
