Anodized Pickguard ID

I recently acquired an anodized pickguard for my pbass, it has 13 holes, and no holes for a thumbrest at all. Typical single ply, recessed screw holes, appears well made.

Looks to be a direct replacement on my bass. Any one familiar with the maker, or anyway to ID same? Seller said it was a Fender part, but I thought their ano guards all had holes for the thumbrest...
