another 1x15 or 4x10?

You won't notice the 100 watts much at all but you will certainly notice the extra 15. BTW, those things sound great through the old BW equipped 215's, which is essentially what you'll end up with.....in 2 halves. And yeah, always best to use matching speakers. As far as mismatches go, the 15+410 is about the worst one.....unless there's somebody out there using a 12+410 or 10+410 stack.
 
It should be pointed out that it's not just any 115 you want, but another of exactly the same cabinet -- "matching" cabinets means just that. It's not the speaker size per se that's important, it's that particular driver in that particular cabinet. Others might work, but they probably wont.
